Biswanath’s mother is a daily wage worker, and she works in the tea garden. His father passed away few years back due to some unknown illness.  Since father’s death, the responsibility of the family fell on mother’s shoulders.  No matter how hard she works, the income that she received is too less to meet her family needs.  She wishes to send her child to a good school and provide quality education to him.  Unfortunately, her meager income does not permit that.  She wants her child to grow up to be good human being and be a strong support to the family and the society.  Therefore, she is requesting Uplift a Child Organization to extend educational support to her child, Biswanath.

He hires an auto on a monthly basis and uses it to make a living. With whatever income he gets, he has to pay for the rent and maintain his family. Ajay’s mother works as a daily wage laborer; however, she suffers from a skin disease and has thyroid as well. She is on constant medication as well. They live in a thatched house which is not in a good condition as well. As they are unable to afford repairing it, they stay at Ajay's grandparents’ house during extreme climatic conditions. Ajay and his brother must travel a long distance by bus every day to go to school. Initially they joined their children in an English Medium School with the help of Social Welfare aid which helped them in paying off the school fees for both the children. However, once they Welfare program was discontinued, they had to discontinue one child’s education as they are unable to afford education for both the children. Ajay’s parents wish to educate both their children in a good quality English Medium School so that they do not have to live a life like them in future. Your help and support will help Ajay study in an English Medium School and have hope for a better tomorrow.
